Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking your ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
Tickets & Entry
Escape to the Farm is a fundraising event, and all proceeds go to Arms Around the Child. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Tickets can be purchased in advance, with a limited number available at the gate (subject to availability). To enter, you must present your ticket confirmation email and provide your name. Once admitted, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the festival for as long as you like. If you arrive without a ticket, we may check availability, but entry cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds & Payments
Tickets are non-refundable. Contactless card payments and cash are accepted at the festival.
Facilities
Compost and portable toilets will be available on site. Please use hand sanitizer before and after use.
Safety & Liability
Escape to the Farm takes place on a working organic farm with uneven terrain. Please wear appropriate footwear and take care when moving around. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. We accept no liability for injuries or accidents sustained at the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Photography and Filming
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a staff member upon arrival.
Alcohol and Drugs
Escape to the Farm operates a strict no-drug policy. Alcohol may be consumed in designated areas only, and attendees must do so responsibly. If you are found to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, you may be asked to leave the event.
Behaviour and Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who display inappropriate behaviour, engage in disruptive conduct, or violate the event’s policies. This includes actions that may harm others or the environment.
Cancellation or Postponement
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, the event may be postponed or cancelled. No refunds will be issued in such cases, but alternative arrangements will be made if possible.
Lost Property
Lost property will be collected and stored at the event. If you lose something, please contact the event team for assistance. Unclaimed items will be disposed of after a set period..
Accessibility
Escape to the Farm is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all attendees. However, due to the nature of the terrain and the working farm environment, some parts of the site may not be accessible for individuals with mobility impairments. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact us prior to the event.
Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
While we strive to accommodate various dietary needs, Escape to the Farm cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in food served at the event. Attendees with food allergies or specific dietary restrictions should take personal precautions when consuming food at the event.
