About Us
A Festival with Purpose
Escape to the Farm started as a humble gathering, a small, heartwarming fundraiser in a garden in Hampshire, where friends and family came together to celebrate and share.
What began as a simple idea soon blossomed into something much bigger, and in 2022, E2F was born—a vibrant, purpose-driven festival rooted in music, the arts, food, well-being, and togetherness, all in support of an incredible cause.
From Garden Gathering to Festival Movement
At the heart of E2F is our mission—to create an unforgettable, immersive experience that brings people together while raising funds for Arms Around the Child, a charity dedicated to protecting vulnerable children in Africa & India.
This vision found its perfect home at Rushmere Farm—an organic farm in Hambledon, Hampshire, dedicated to sustainable food systems, biodiversity, and eco-tourism.
Together with the People’s Lounge, curators of music, arts, and well-being experiences, and The Hungry Herbivores, our plant-based food magicians, we’ve created a festival that is alive with energy, creativity, and purpose.
Ellie - AATC Director
“E2F is more than just a festival—it’s a movement.”
Moses - The People’s Lounge
“A space where people from all walks of life come together to dance, create, connect, and be inspired. So whether you're here to flow through yoga, feast on plant-based goodness, drum under the trees, dive into meaningful conversations, or just soak up the festival magic—know that you're part of something truly special.”
George - Rushmere Farm Owner
“Come escape with us. Join the movement.”
Arms Around The Child
Arms Around The Child is a global charity creating a safer, kinder world for vulnerable children—orphans, abandoned, trafficked, or at risk.
They provide sanctuary, education, healthcare, and love, working with grassroots organizations to bring hope and a brighter future to those in need.
Rushmere Farm
Nestled in Hambledon’s rolling hills, Rushmere Farm is more than just the backdrop for E2F—it’s a working organic farm dedicated to sustainable food, biodiversity, and conservation.
Run by George Crossley and his family, the farm grows nutrient-rich food in harmony with nature. With volunteer days, feasts, workshops, and cozy stays in yurts or shepherd’s huts, it’s a place to connect, learn, and escape.
We’re proud to bring E2F to this special space, where nature and community come together.
